I’ve been visiting MetaFilter multiple times a day for almost 20 years. It’s my favorite online community. Ask.Metafilter is a goldmine of information and worth the $5 signup fee alone.
This year, they’re hosting an online auction to help keep the lights on, so I’ve donated two $150 credit notes that are good for any of my records. They work just like my other credit notes: spend as quickly or slowly as you like, they never expire, and are good on all vinyl: new, used — even stuff that’s been marked down for sale.
You can see the records I currently have on offer on the Records Page. Stock changes daily — new titles are added weekdays at 7PM.
You can bid on the two credit notes here and here before Sunday, 13 November at 10pm EST. Metafilter’s moderators will inform me of the winners and I’ll get in touch about activating your credit.
NOTE that Volver does not ship under any circumstances. Do not bid on this item unless you’re able to pick up in the west end of Toronto. More on how Volver works is here. In short, you browse online but pick up in person.
Credit Note is valid for records only and cannot be applied to other Volver offerings.
