1958 RVG-stamped deep groove mono pressing with Bergenfield labels. Vinyl has marks but plays well with some undercrackle and a few dull clicks but nothing egregious. Top seam has some Scotch tape but it's mostly non-obtrusive and cover has general wear. 

This record has been ultrasonically cleaned.
